Neighborhood Information

Butcher's Hill and Upper Fell's Point are adjoining neighborhoods comprised of historic townhouses built in the early to mid 1800's. All of our properties have been renovated with many upgrade features.

 

All of our rentals and homes for sale are on the MTA bus line and within close proximity to the water taxi and free Charm City Circulator bus, as well as various shops, grocery stores, restaurants, houses of worship, museums, theaters, fitness centers, hospitals, universities, etc. in the Fell's Point, Butcher's Hill and Canton neighborhoods. In addition, they are only a mile or two from the Inner Harbor and Baltimore's two stadiums.

 

The 150-acre Patterson Park (Baltimore's Best Backyard) is nearby and includes athletic fields, a fishing pond, trails, a large outdoor swimming pool, tennis and volleyball courts and a skating rink or is a place to enjoy a picnic or one of the many events held in the Park. Climb to the top of the Patterson Park Pagoda and enjoy the beautiful views all around the City.
