Baltimore's Distinctive Homes, LLC was established in 1991. We have properties in Upper Fell's Point and Butcher's Hill, two of Baltimore City's more interesting and exciting neighborhoods. (Upper Fell's Point was voted the Best Neighborhood in 2007 by the Baltimore City Paper.) We specialize in apartment and townhouse rentals, as well as the occasional well-appointed townhouse for sale.

Our properties are renovated with many upgrade features, including a high efficiency heating/cooling system, washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, cable hookup, ceiling fans, and a security system. They include architectural features such as exposed brick and ceiling beams, and oak or original/random width heart pine flooring and many have patio gardens. All properties have public water/sewer and electric/natural gas.
